Applications of EnTeam Services
EnTeam for Social Emotional Learning
EnTeam Games can be used for social, behavioral, and academic development in classrooms, after-school programs, and other settings. Students develop strategies for resolving conflicts peacefully by planning how to improve their combined scores when they play games such as Keep on Track and Net Catch. These games create mild levels of stress among the players, and by debriefing between games, students are challenged to find their own ways of working together to improve the results they can achieve together.
“Conflict is part of being social beings, but learning how to properly accept and deal with it takes practice. Giving kids those skills at a young age helps them be able to better handle themselves in all social settings.”

EnTeam for Academic Skill Development
EnTeam Games can be used in many settings. When used in the classroom, students improve their academic achievement, lesson plans are more productive, and teachers enjoy their work more.
During the 2012-13 and 2013-14 school years an 8th grade science teacher at Busch Middle School in St. Louis City, used EnTeam Games for science curriculum. She did not use the EnTeam activities during prior years. In her classroom, she used EnTeam Games to help students study and learn the curriculum while encouraging them to work collaboratively.
In the evaluation study, Ms. Ganley’s students improved their science test scores in classes that taught curriculum using EnTeam education games.
Bridge-Building League: Operation Cooperation
Operation Cooperation is EnTeam’s longest standing program, operation in St. Louis with four different faith based schools. This Bridge-Building League encourages students and teachers from different faiths to play cooperative games. As society becomes more diverse and the world more interdependent, learning to work together and to win together is essential.
Each school takes a turn hosting other schools for each event. Students play Win-Win EnTeam Games that encourage collaborative problem-solving skills. Providing children with this opportunity empowers them to be more cooperative, respectful, and inclusive.
